CEO and Founder
Ms. Julie Martz is the Chief Executive Officer/Founder with over 25 years of industry experience; specifically, engineering, program management, program planning, and cost management. While employed by NASA, she was responsible for determining project cost projections used to formulate the agency's yearly budget for specific programs such as: Shuttle, Space Station, and others. As a contractor, her responsibilities included development of cost estimating techniques and adapting cost models for independent cost estimates. Ms. Martz attended both Auburn University and University of Alabama in Huntsville while completing her Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering.
