Dr. S. Ebow Coleman is the Founder, President, and CEO of C3S, Inc. With over 30 years of experience in the concrete and construction materials industry, he specializes in condition assessments, petrographic and chemical analysis, and forensic evaluation of damaged structures. He has co-authored two US patents and previously served as a senior research engineer and project engineer before founding the practice.
