Founded in 2003, it delivers systems engineering, program management, in-service engineering, equipment repair, research and development, test and evaluation, and intelligence support to the Department of Defense and federal agencies. It provides specialized support for naval radar and missile programs across multiple directorates of the Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS), including AEGIS, Above Water Sensors, Surface Ship Weapons, and Ship Self-Defense Systems (SSDS). Additionally, it supports NSWC Crane and NSWC Port Hueneme, alongside strategic and policy programs for the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence (OUSD(I)).
